I recommend starting with 1–2 functional training sessions per week to jumpstart your transformation. No gym or fancy equipment needed, I’ll bring the workout to you or we’ll train virtually for ultimate flexibility.

Step 2: Rewire Your Mind

Based on your desired outcomes, how quickly you want results, and the level of support you need, we’ll set your hypnotherapy schedule—most clients start with 2 sessions a month (every other week) to rewire habits, beliefs, and self-image.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to the Core Patterns app with on-demand workouts, recorded hypnosis, guided breathwork, and a habit-tracking journal—so the momentum never stops.
