  • We support a wide range of goals — including weight loss, strength and muscle building, senior fitness, pain-free movement and corrective exercise, mobility and flexibility, postpartum recovery, and sport-specific performance. Every program is fully customized to your body, lifestyle, and desired outcome.

  • Very little! At minimum, I recommend:

    • A set of dumbbells (5–20 lbs)

    • A yoga mat

    • A medicine ball

    • A scale that measures muscle mass and body fat

    Don’t worry—you won’t have to break the bank. We can provide a budget-friendly Amazon list where you can get started for as little as $50.

  • We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week to start. If this is your only form of training (no classes or sports), once a week is typically not enough — it’s too easy to lose momentum and you won’t see meaningful results. 2x per week is the sweet spot for building momentum, seeing real progress, and ensuring your body actually adapts

  • Your safety comes first.
    We specialize in functional training, which means we focus on movements that support your health, protect your joints, and prevent injury. If you’re managing something like back pain, gut health struggles, diabetes, or high cholesterol, we’ll create a plan that meets you exactly where you are—and helps you get stronger without pushing past your limits. If you have more serious health conditions, we recommend being cleared by a doctor before engaging in physical activity.

  • That depends on how consistently you show up — not just during your sessions, but in the days between them. We recommend starting with at least 2 sessions per week for accountability, but your progress also depends on what you do outside of training (especially nutrition, sleep, and movement).

    With full commitment, most clients begin seeing measurable results within 6 weeks — depending on their goals and starting point.

  • Totally valid—and don’t worry, you won’t. Women’s bodies are not wired to bulk like men’s. Functional training and boxing build lean muscle, tone, and definition while boosting your metabolism so weight loss feels easier. Think strength, power, and confidence—not bulky.

  • Boxing is one of the most empowering, fun, and effective ways to train — it burns fat, builds confidence, relieves stress, and sharpens coordination. And if you want it included in your program, we’ll pair you with a coach who’s professionally trained in boxing. Prefer to focus solely on strength and mobility? Perfect — we’ll build around that instead. Your program is fully tailored to you.

  • Absolutely. We offer couples and small group sessions in addition to 1:1 training. It’s one of our most popular options — and yes, it’s more cost-effective per person to train together.

  • For clients who want deeper transformation, we offer the option to work with a certified hypnotherapist as part of your program — to get right to the root of self-sabotage, inconsistent habits, emotional eating, stress loops, and more. This is identity-level work. When your subconscious is aligned with your goals, results become inevitable — not effortful.
